Baha Mar Development Project- Luxury Real Estate in the Bahamas

The long anticipated Baha Mar development is underway and nearly 25% complete. A projected 2.3 million annual visitor room nights;
An injection of $1.1 billion in spending and direct taxes into the Bahamian economy in the first year of operation; and Generating an additional $740 million of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) for the Bahamas 6,000 to 7,000 new permanent positions and 11,000 Bahamian jobs overall.

Clearly Baha Mar’s unprecedented project represents not only a new era of touristic and economic development in the Bahamas but a transformation of the Bahamas luxury real estate market on Cable Beach a popular upscale luxury residential community on western New Providence.
